  • Uk mein milta hai full cream powder. Aap Pakistani shop mein dekhe pkts mein milk powder likha hoga. Aur yeh full cream hai. Hope that helps!! X

  • @Bajiascooking uk mein full cream powder nahi miltha , yaha par semi skimmed powder miltha hay. walnut halvah menay semi skimmed milk powder use kiya tha or acha bantha.

  • @Bajiascooking i think we the cream that u were talking about is known as double cream in UK and Ireland. OR is double cream something else if u know about that just in case?

  • @masroorabbas, if double cream is the standerd fresh cream then it is the same.

  • @Bajiascooking I will have to try double cream .. i ve used a cream that said on its bottle single cream it was cream but not as thick ... and i am not sure about double cream yet.. will have to do an experiment....

  • Wah mujhe aap ki ye line bahot pasand aai " Pakana mera shaoq nahin zarurat hai" shaok to khatam ho jata hai zarurat khatam nai hoti.

  • hi Bajia , I have a question, I made dis recipe, it didnt come out well, maybe becuz the cream wasnt right. I used coffee creamer with liquid cream mixed put in microwave in 3 min, it was all wrong, can I use milk powder and cream fraiche.cuz we dont have whipping cream here. thanks

  • we can only use fresh cream for it, no matter whats its called in your country. its very simple. 3 min first then mix and see, if needed place for 1 min or so more in micro. good luck yo will find the cream. jahan jahan cake hain wahan ye cream hai

  • OMG, its so easy..... I am in USA and just want to clarify about whip cream... is it really a whip cream or its heavy cream???.

    I want to try this as it looks as if its less time taking than even tea :)

  • mix full cream powder milk with whipping cream. consistency like yogurt and place it in microwave for 3-4 min

  • bajia,, i made khoya with ur recipe but it tastes like raw dry milk....i used Nido full creme dry milk powder but its not that real khoya

  • did you add cream? taste of Nido could be the cause. making khoya with liquid milk is all day job. cook it till dry, so many people have made khoya with recipe never had problem.

  • andaze se cheeni bhi mila ker rakh do micro main her micro alag waqt leta hai, 3 min rakho phir hila ker eak aur rakh ker deakna. germ patla hota hai phir thanda ho ker jame ga, bus doodh na dikhey jab peela ho jaye sara samjho tayyar hai. koye badam, alaichi aur khushboo daal lena. good luck

  • mix all and miro.........add badam after. sugur add after for qalaqand, in berfi its mented. thori se banana pehle.

  • Many many days in fridge. It does get dryer and hard what time but I have never noticed it going off.

  • Roti can not be made without aata. Try one table spoon plane flour or maidah in little bit of cream and sugar. Cook it for one min in micro and taste.

    Waise I think add some milk in cream boil it and add one lemons juice and half mandarins juice to make paneer. Boil some milk separately add some cream sugar and paneer (cheese) paneer ki gheer banto hai bari maze ki. Thori si bana ke dekho.
