The students at Dickinson HS and the local diversity group were planning on doing a counter protest that day. However, both parties came to a decision not to even give the fools of Westboro Baptist Church the time of day. There were a few curious students walking by, but the teachers kindly ushered them away. I think the teachers did the right thing.

I'm in JC and I have to tell you the folks are pretty cool here. Every city, state, place, etc., do have their problems. I've have wonderful neighbors that *REALLY* look out for one another. I often find myself making new friends in this town.
