If the reason that israel is always vetoed in the UN is because of the arab states, then the veto would not be required in the first place. The veto is used when a resolution already has the support of all the countries except the country that vetos the resolution. The government of Israel have been vetoed over 40 times and another 40 resolutions against thier policies have been passed unanimously.
Is there a way to criticise the policies of thier government without being anti-semetic?

Antisemitism is racism. However, this form of hatred of Jewish people only because they are Jewish is in fact much more rare than the hatred of Zionists, Christian and Jewish, who justify the displacement and subjugation of the native population of Christian and Muslim arabs whose descendants lived in Palestine for over a century as a means of self determination of the Jewish people. It is like the British colonizer of North America calling the native Americans: Christian haters for resisting.

Ummm Anti-Semitism is not rascism guys. Jews are not a race. There are black jews, white jews, brown jews, yellow jews. Jews come in all races. Jews are not a race and anti semitism is not a race. WTF.

Jews constitute an ethnic group, as well as a religious group. It is sometimes difficult to define what makes a Jew, however I can say definitively that most Jews are Jews by birth, and that we all share distinctive genetic features. Anti-Semitism, therefore, is a form of racism.
