If I understood right , the Gentleman did not say that drinking water

before before bed means prostate problem with man, but waking

up in the middle of the night to urinate yes.

However I do agree with you that when things come to health advices

should be very careful as you states cause fatal life damages. I also

agree that better bed side manner will help important health messages

to benefit others.

Frequent urination can be more than just prostate problem, it could be a UTI (The beginning of one), symptoms of diabetes or downright lazy bladder. I had the latter for a year before properly diagnosed.
