You're right, when you listen to it carefuly, you can hear russian accent. But the 'The Warsawian song of 1905', al least the text, was written by a polish socialist. The author of music is uknown, so you cannot say that it is a russian song. And it got it's name during the demonstration of the polish labourers during the Revolution of 1905 in Warsaw.
