@C0reInside yes I'm sure, it can't harm your 3DS at all, sometimes updating goes wrong and you can brick your acekard, but even that is very rare!

This simply doesn't work for me. I've put the file on my SD card, but when I insert the AK2i into my DSi (along with the MicroSD obviously), I get the immensely frustrating 'an error has occurred...' screen.

Please HELP!! I did a 3ds update on my acekard 2i from using it on a DS Lite earlier today (should have done some more research like watching this video before hand but I didnt) and I think I bricked it! I did everything stated on this video but at the moment I did not realize if it had the " 4444 ".....and now when I put it on a 3ds it will give the " error " and on my DS Lite the two screens are white and will not do a thing.....If it is bricked is there a way to unbrick it?? PLS RESPOND!

to all ppl who's screen turned black, this problem isn't going to be fixed, it's becuase u have an older acekard 2i (the actual cart itself) and like in the video its only for the 8181 or whatever and the only way to fix it is to unfortunately buy a new one or wait till acekard makes a new update...ur choice :)

no it cant brick the 3ds but you CAN brick the acekard if you mess up

also that rumor about nintendo bricking you're 3ds for using unauthorized hardware is bogus since thats illegal to do in many countries.
