I saw a couple videos on here where the parents ask the doc to write down the gender and seal it in an envelope then bring it to a bakery where they bake a cake with the inside either pink or blue depending on what the gender is! Or if you wanna know beforehand you could just ask the baker yourself lol and have a gender party! Wish you the best of luck!! :) And congratulations again :D x

I was born a day before my due date. The doctor's thought all the 9's would mess up the computer. My due date was 9-9-99. I was born 9-8-99. I think I am a Y2K baby. I have no clue what the letters and number mean.

a midwife is not a nurse...its a seperate profession. its like the difference between a doctor and a dentist! midwives are specialised healthcare professionals who prepare a woman for birth (throughout the 40 weeks) and assist the woman in birth and they also care for her and the baby after birth. nurses are not qualified for this, just like midwives are not qualified for working in a general ward in a general hospital. im a student midwife =]

Kandee I dont want to scare you at all but the further you get past your due date the less amniotic fluid there is left for your baby, which can lead to serious problems, so if i was you i would go to the hospital so they can break your water for you. PLEASE THUMBS UP SO KANDEE CAN SEE THIS!!! ITS VERY IMPORTANT!!

@AAGGRRYY09 once you're past your due date they keep checking your fluid levels & everything. if they're low then they'll send you to the hospital, if not you're perfectly fine to continue. due dates are not accurate & if it can it's way better for your water to break naturally. drs usually give you 24hrs to deliver from the time it breaks because of the risk of infection, so if they do it for you & you're not yet ready you could easily end up w a csec.

what the hell is midwife? because that looks like a bedroom not a medical office.....and ok, the baby's heart is fine and strong but what about all the things that can be diagnosed by a "proper" ultrasound...?Shouldn't kandee be getting one of those instead? maybe this normal procedure in the US...i don't know...
