i am rev. johnny johnson m.d. i visited kibimba hospital in summer 1999 as part of a 5wk team from the usa with our burundian counterparts as a workcamp, upon my return to the states,i vowed to fundraise and return to kibimba with some aid,i was able to have quaker organizations send some aid but in 2001 my activities and life changed due to injuries of wtc/911 attack@ nyc ground zero, but my heart and mind never forgot kibimba or kamenghe jjjohnson@hotmail.com
@djglasper My late mother informed me that I was born in Kibimba maternity on september 27, 1956. The hospital was managed by Dr Rawson. Kibimba village had electricity produced by Nyamyotsi hydro-electrical barrage and enough drinkable water. I 'd like to know if these basic infrastructures are still functioning now , and , if possible, to receive a recent photo of Dr Rawson?
