  • This is how i want to live my life! AFF course next mounth and in a few years with experience i may be standing there on an edge of a beautiful mountain.. Just love these videos

  • this is amazing how do i get started?

  • And that's my dream...

  • Nothing less than truly amazing.

  • You Sir, are the BAMF of the day. An extra thumbs up for the Ronald Jenkees soundtrack!

  • Yea um, i will shit my pants multiple times within 2 minutes of flying..yea, when i land and look down, ill go...holy crap..

  • I wait until the afterlife before trying this one, otherwise I may end up there sooner than expected, doh!! It looks like an indescribable thrill though ^.^

  • You are one crazy mother, banking past the tree at 2:40 was amazing, as was the drop into the canyon at about 2:55. Great musician and possibly 50% flying squirrel.

  • seems like you are too close to hitting the side of the mountain to me. id be freaked out lol.

    Greetings from germany

  • @realkiwinet well, give your credits to ronald jenkees :-) me, i'm just using his awesome song as a soundtrack :-)

  • co to za nutka??zajebissta poprostu zna ktos tytul??

  • @palaczos87 wez zerknij w opis:)

  • @palaczos87 dzieki:)!!

  • You need to be 18+ to do that? And how much does this costume cost? What I need to sky jump so professional like you? Aren't you scared while doing it? Have you ever crashed something?

Please reply, awesome video added to favourites + liked! It looks epic!

  • @Heoyiee i think in most countries you can start skydiving at 16. the "costume" is about 1500$, however, you also need a parachute and other stuff to get you started, especially for skydiving first. i'm not a professional, i have about 1000 skydive jumps and 300 basejumps, so it's basically just training, training, training. i'm not scared, otherwise i wouldn't do it - i keep a healthy respect for it though. that's also why i have never crashed anything and i'm not planning to :-)

  • @ma2white

I hope that you won't crash that would look very dangerous and you're right that you're looking at it with a respect! Thanks so much for reply and for tips! I already subscribed! Make more videos of those EPIC LOOKING JUMPS! For sure I'll try it in the future, because now I'm only 17 and I've got no money for those stuff :)

    youtube (dot) com/user/donhinklejr/videos

(This is not spam, just trying to help these guys out!)

  • I have a strong suspicion that fear is not an option when doing this kind of sport.

My respect you have, but I'll just stick to roller coasters. =D

  • I've done this too tssss

  • nice :) it is going to practice this Skydiving

  • i love that song! amazing video !

  • @periclexxx thank you :-)

  • it's amazing

  • Thats just badass & the music is dope

  • amazing... great choice of song... hard to put music to the brass balls of the fliers but Jenkees was a good selection haha

  • wat badass song is this i hear?!?

  • dyrus brought me here

  • God... that's such a beautiful place.

  • Awesome stuff man! Keep it up.

  • i love this

  • Im sorry to ask, but whatever happen to Ronald Jenkees?

  • @YodaMeis He just stopped doing youtube jams - even though he was very popular - he's surely not an ordinary artist (meant in a good way though). He continues to blog on his website though: (ronaldjenkees com).

  • Very nice montage : good jumps, good music. The High Eiger looks like a loooooong flight. Thanks for sharing :)

  • Yea i am looking for him if you can tell him to get in touch with me on Facebook TBA or Cosmic Lineup. Where looking for a headliner...

  • @MrCozmo4567 I sent you a PM

  • how do you even get into a sport like this? one day, were you just like fuck it im getting a wing suit?

  • @uesrname187 it's not something you do from scratch. check out my comments for xcmedinA and soulure below.

  • @ma2white i see. PS- love the jenkees. as i am a student of aviation myself, i have to wonder about things such as bank, pitch, yaw. does training for this sport include training in aerodynamics, such as lift, drag, induced drag, parasitic drag, glide ratios, etc? don't mean to ask you a million questions, but honestly, how often do you get to talk to a wing suit pilot?

  • @uesrname187 well, i think in most countries the theoretical exams for skydiving include some basic aerodynamics. however, most people won't bother with it afterwards - it's not really necessary to be an expert at it either. however, i think for wingsuit flying it can be quite useful if you at least understand the concepts of lift, drag, etc .. or especially a polar curve. this way you can connect theory and practice and i'm sure it will help you become a better pilot.

  • @ma2white and what about wake turbulence, as far as flying along side someone else? do you factor winds into your jumps? does humidity play a role? density altitude? i find it hard to imagine you dont take mountain or valley winds into account. but honestly what do i know about the sport. damn near nothing. again, im sorry for having a million questions, but this is something i cant help but be very curious about.

  • @uesrname187 wake turbulences behind a wingsuit can actually be quite strong, depending on flight style and AoA. i think they could definitely ruin your day when doing proximity flying such as this. wind is a factor to consider as well, e.g. i would never approach the lee side of an object without enough margin to pass a rotor safely when there are heavy winds. also it is not very reasonable to proximity fly the south face of a mountain on a thermally very active day ...

  • @uesrname187 of course humidity and density altitude play a role too as they alter your polar curve, however, i have never made any calculations :-) still you will notice when you jump from 3500MASL compared to 1000MASL that it takes longer to start flying. valley winds and such have to be taken into account probably mostly for landing the parachute: while a headwind of 30knots will not bother me too much while wingsuit flying it will sure make my landing a bit more interesting :-)

  • great movie and great music it is truly amazing

  • Hey Ma2white, I live in the US and it is truly my dream to experience this someday. How do I get started in doing this kind of basejumping? Do I have to be very wealthy as well? Would love some insight. Btw this is my favorite wingsuit video of all time, you go soooo close to the side of the mountain and have some beautiful shots. Hope you read and reply to this, in any case, kudos my friend!

  • @xcmedinA thanks:-) to get started you need 2-3 years of skydiving till you got a reasonable number of skydives (personally i recommend no less than 500). check out a local skydive school! during this time you can already enjoy wingsuit flying. then maybe 2-3 years of basejumping and voilà, there you are for this kind of flying! seems a long way, but believe me, it's a good and fun one! skydiving does cost a little but not a fortune, basejumping itself is cheap, cliffs are free :-)

  • Can you recommend some good beginner sites to learn about how to get started with wing suit jumping?

  • @soulure you need 2-3 years of skydiving till you got a reasonable number of skydives (personally i recommend no less than 500). check out a local skydive school! during this time you can already enjoy wingsuit flying. then maybe 2-3 years of basejumping and voilà, there you are for this kind of flying! seems a long way, but believe me, it's a good and fun one all along from the beginning! no need to rush! basejumping itself is cheap, cliffs are free :-)

  • I couldn't remember Ronald Jenkees' name so I typed "keyboard" into the YouTube search field and this appeared as one of the first results. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Nice.

  • when its my time to die

    preferably when i cant walk

strap me in one of these suits

    push me off that mounain

    let me fly

i dont even want a parachute

goin out on that adrenaline rush would be ideal

  • An Amazing video with the perfect Jenkees song ! I love it :-)

  • i favorited this so the world can start recognizing ronald in ways like this ,people should start using his stuff more and more ,he deserves attention from the world by acknowledging his musical talent,I LOVE RONALD JENKEES !!!!!!! :):)

  • This is something I have to try before I die.

  • Is this really Ronald Jenkees??????? :D I thought he was dead! Anyways, I hope you make music again. Would have been awesome

  • @zndxxx :-D i have not forgotten you guys and referring to some of you as "fans" honors me ;-) however, since i have a normal job, new footage doesn't just grow overnight. actually, i had a really nice, special flight just recently that i intended to post. murphy got his full share of the day though, and all my cameras failed :-/ anyway, stay tuned, cu

  • @ma2white hey bro names Cosmo..I go to Full Sail University Ive been in the music industry for over 10 years plus Im a promoter and Advertiser hit me up on fb or email Tannerweldon@gmail.com id like to conversate with a talented person such as yourself. Possibly even get you to come play my GIANT music festival in March Im sure that wont happen but send me an email.

    Sincerly,

    Cosmo

  • @MrCozmo4567 hey cosmo! thanks for your comment. i think the guy you are looking for is ronald jenkees, and not me! i'm just using his music as soundtrack, i'm not the artist. so if i got you right, i think you should get in touch with him (see description). cheers

  • @ma2white Hit me up on Fb at Tanner weldon! im having a 2 day music festival in depew,ok maybe you could come out and play ill have over 25 live djs there!!

  • @MrCozmo4567 hey cosmo! thanks for your message, however, you're looking for ronald jenkees and not me (see description, and my other reply to your post). cheers

  • @ma2white I was referring to the artist whose music you have on the background. Not you sorry :(

  • @zndxxx fuck you? real smart. get a job and this too!

  • @zndxxx No, fuck YOU. Why would you post something like that? Dude doesn't risk his life for your entertainment..

  • It's settled. I will go wingsuit base jumping some time in my life in the future.

  • I've always wanted to do hang gliding because it seems like the closest thing to flying we have, but this looks pretty awesome too. Getting that close to the trees and ground must be a great adrenaline rush too.

  • @speckman23 hang gliding is different, however, not any less beautiful :-) in my case, it's not adrenaline when flying close terrain ... if it was, i think i would have to be worried because i'd be pushing it too much. endorphins, however, are discharged in masses when i fly wingsuit in the mountains :-D

  • @ma2white I'm not a 100% sure about this, but I read that "runner's high" and other things that is popularly associated with an 'endorphin rush' is not really about the release of endorphine, but possibly anandamide which is suggested to be the cause of the feeling of happiness. Anandamide is similar to one of the chemicals in marijuana. Just a little technical knowledge in case you were interested ;)

  • @Muskar2 interesting point:-) so you're basically saying that i'm a drug addict ... and stoned after a jump ;-) seriously, i'm not an expert on bio-medicine, however, this sounds plausible! whatever it is, it makes me happy, that's for sure :-)

  • RONALD COME BACK

  • That was awesome!

  • Ronald Jenkees! :D

  • could you tell me where the line at 02:50 is exactly? i live in switzerland and i know most of the lines but not that one...it looks sick! ^^

    Best wishes and stay safe

    Kevin

  • @ParkourSchweiz thanks, i sent you a PM with the details

  • I wish I had the courage to do this :/

  • how close do you want to get? 0:30

  • @bamboozel1234 it's very fast, so it looks close .. however, you're right, at some point it's not reasonable any more to keep pushing it further and further :-)

  • this looks exile-rating

  • Great vid, and great music.

  • This is amazing, reminds me of how beautiful life is.

  • You should definitely make more videos like this one.

  • That's how to live life. I guess the sky is the limit. :P

  • @zeBatmanDarkman The ground is the limit mate ;)

  • Chaox brought me here ^_^

  • It is so beautiful that I cried, my life would be so boring?

  • I have always wanted to be able to fly. I often have dreams about it. This and skydiving are probably the closest you will ever get so i have to do one of those before I die.

  • AWESOME VIDEO !!!!!! :D

  • Dude it's like your a frikin fighter jet. So awesome.

  • mr ronal jenkees, you sir, are a badass

  • 2:55 That was the shit, awesome vid :)

  • Ski jump and flight

  • that's not flying... that's falling with style

  • @ma2white Hey bro, can you send me some GPS data, with coordinates of jump sites(exits), speeds, lines..? I would really appreciate that because I was actually planning to do some proxy flights next year, maybe we can fly together, that would be awesome :)

This is my dream man, I started skydiving because of proxy flying and BASE :)

You can contact me on mail, nemanja-nemke@hotmail.com.

Wish you all the best in New Year, enjoy life, breath with full lungs!

    Blue skies ;)

  • @TheNEMKE sure dude, i'll get in touch with you

  • Absolutely fantastic, Matthias! Sweet cloud flying... :-)

  • That's awesome .... can you post speeds and altitude info?

  • @trenton1980 horizontal speeds are 150-210kmh, vertical 20-80kmh. most jumps are 1300-1700m of altitude from exit to landing, giving about 60-90s of freefall time depending on flight style :-) highest exit was from 3700m above sea level, giving 2700m of altitude to landing, 2min15s of freefall. if you want gps data, or more specific info just drop me a PM :-)

  • w0w

  • god looks so amazing how you navigate around mountains.

    Great vid, great music.

    Favourited :P

  • i dig it.

  • Yep, humans can fly!

  • This looks like so much fun! I must agree that it was genius getting Ronald Jenkees for the music. Fantastic visual for his music.

  • Stunning. Ronald Jenkees brought me here, by the way.

  • It is a sport! I will practice to fly like that!!!

  • JENKEES!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Wow, this must be such a rush... And the music is nice as well.

What's the glide ratio of these suits?

  • @ddanci1973 thanks :-) on a sustained flight you get somewhere between 2.5:1 and 3:1. temporarily, when diving and then flaring it out you can go much flatter or even horizontal for a couple of seconds! we're nowhere near paraglider glide ratios yet, however, for being your own wing i think it's already quite nice ... and big fun :-)

  • ... My life is so boring after watching this..

  • only one word can describe this. . . beautiful

  • OMG great music and Amazing video

  • Love the 2nd Crack at Fisistock. Awesome Line Brother... Sweeeeeeeet

  • Pretty close trees at 3:13! Good choice of music! I run to Ronalds tunes and always imagined they would be good in a vid like this.

  • i must/will be doing this in a couple years hopefully

    thanks for vid

  • @axeraider159 sure, go for it :-) just remember to enjoy it all along the way and don't rush it! blue skies

  • thanks for the all the nice feedback :-) glad you like it, i didn't expect such an echo!

  • @ma2white This is the most epic video ever posted on youtube! You should expect a flood of feedback!

  • WOOOT GUITAR SOUND

  • 2:10 !!! I was so amazed by your turn between all those trees ..

  • You are living my dream. Thanks for posting!

  • Охуенно!!!! (trasnslate: Super!!!)

  • Cool realy nice music perfect ,snd flight very good excelent thx for sharing

  • 100 likes, 0 dislikes. Be the first one ;).

  • @cernyda My pleasure :D

  • получилось ОТЛИЧНОЕ видео!!

    лучший клип для этой композиции!!

  • Ronald Jenkees makes any video 40 times better. It's the Jenkees effect.

  • i swear i though h was going to smack into a tree

  • @shipsimulatorfreak just watch Jeb Corliss " Grinding The Crack" @ 1:30 ... thats crazy shit. ^^

  • Does anyone else wanna know how in the world you practice for something like this?!

  • @Flexible7 Learn to skydive, then learn to skydive in a wingsuit, then learn to BASE jump, then learn to base jump in a wingsuit and there you go, wingsuit proximity flying.

  • "Falling with style" Buzz Lightyear 1995

  • Got the Jenkees playin...very nice!

  • i saw the comment "RONALD JENKEES" and hit like cuz that dude is AWESOME

  • @PeskyTheWabbit I agree!!! But the vid was bad ass too and the music went perfect.

  • ronaldjenkees favorited this video!!! :D

  • @iAmHARSON does the music sound familiar ? hehe

  • Grinding the crack has nothing on this.

  • Right before the first time you jumped ever, what was on your mind? I think personally my feet would be glued to the ground. I wish I had the courage you do.

  • @Leotribal well, it's not like you do this from scratch :-) first you skydive with the help of professionals, get "good" at it, start basejumping at easy, safe sites and then gradually turn it up. i think it has more to do with this slow progression, with what you like and which element you feel comfortable in, than with courage :-)
