  • How much stronger do you feel? I will start the program through the mobil-app tomorrow and looking forward for some nice results. I'll start the 1st class instead of the basic since I think the basic is a bit to easy. I know I could change the variation of the exercises but I rather start of with this 1st class :)

  • Great work Lisa!

  • bist du deutsch? :)

  • To everyone here: Try a webpage called "Fitocracy". It's sort of a Workout Game. Very motivational.

  • Hey that's a really great job, ! I just bought Mark's book also, and I'm going to start with the intermediate program :)

  • looking good lisa!! i'm in week 5 of beginner at the moment and it works and feels good. i can already see my body change but with i imagine my priorities are different to yours, me being male.

did you increase your protein intake? I wouls agree with Mark in that it's 65% diet %35 workout.

  • dat ass

  • YAY more "bodyshots"

  • Great job! I'm on Basic Week 7. This program helped get me ready for the Tough Mudder event in California.

  • you're hot

  • I started the book about the same time as you maybe a week earlier. I am up to 1st class week 5 & 6. It is amazing what a 30 minutes workout can do. I enjoy watching your video.

  • awesome! keep us posted if you keep up the workouts :)

  • Hi Lisa, I am half way through Week 1 of the basic program and it is inspiring to see how you have done all ten weeks of the program and charted your progress. Good luck on the 1st class program!

  • I liked how you did your before and after pics to show everything. You can really tell your waist shrunk. Thats great for only 10 weeks. You can also see a slight difference in your butt-cheecks but those are usually a trouble spot for most women anyways because of poor blood flow. I think its important to remember that 10 weeks is such a small amount of time and you did very well. Obviously nutrition is the mot important thing, but I hope you move onto the 1st class basic program too! ;)

  • This book is incredible. They should hand it out at schools for kids.

  • I'm about to dive right in to this program, thanks so much for sharing your results. And, by the way, your accent is delicious...I could listen to you talk all day long! :)

  • Lisa, I am glad to hear of your results! (:

I don't know if you've noticed, but a lot of people are having trouble understanding the different workouts in the book (ladders, supersets, tabatas, etc.)

Can you do a few videos showing how to do the workouts?

  • @Quadheezer3 Thanks for your feedback! I really appreciate it! And your idea for videos is great. I have been without an Internet connection for the last few weeks, but this will change on Friday and then I'm back! I will try to do some short vids explaining the different workouts! Love, Lisa

  • Hi Lisa, have you started the next phase of the exercise program? Just wondering, since it's often the hardest thing to take the next step, after having been successful in step one. Keep going. Don't stop!

  • @prandl YOU ARE SO RIGHT! It is the hardest thing to keep on going and to be honest, I haven't started yet. I moved during the Easter weekend and the last weekend and we are slowly starting to get everything done in the house. But you have no idea how much I want to workout regularly again. And I will start on Monday and record my journey again! Thanks so much for the feedback. It helped a lot!

  • Hi LIsa, after buying Mark Lauren's book, I tried it partially and really felt the results - but it was your series of videos that inspired me to commit to the whole program. Sometimes it requires a person to inspire us to action, and your videos did it for me. Please keep going, otherwise I'll catch up with you.

  • @prandl How are you doing with the program? Please share your results/experience/thoughts!

  • p.s. I am really interested in this book now! Even though I already have enough exercise stuff :o)

  • I can definitely see the difference in the front and side shots. I am happy for you Lisa! :) You looked really good at the beginning though.

Ugh, I always have a hard time with my thighs too.

I do think it's great that you are sharing your progress, and I do think you should continue - it is a great encouragement and motivation to others!

  • Hello, I enjoyed following your progress, what equipment did you use? Can you discuss how many push ups/pull ups etc you could do in the beginning and how many you could do by the end? Please continue posting your second 10 week program.

  • @TheBunneykins Thanks so much for your feedback! I didn't use any professional equipment, just a table, a chair, a couch, a door knob, a towel. That's really all you need! I worked myself up from 1-2 push ups to 15 and still going :-) And from 3 pull ups to 19. I will start a new series of videos on Monday. Hope, you'll be watching :-)

  • Nice job. You look great. Keep it up.

  • @rubblerocks Thank you!
