Salam Alaikum brother's and sister's. I wonder how can I take many people seriously when they give khutbah's and most of them dont know what we are going through in everyday life as young muslims in thecity of london. I find many imam's unrealistic and impersonal. Plus im just being honest and I noticed my sister in the video forgot the sunnah of lowering her gaze.we are muslims we take the middle route but we cant do interviews if we will violate the sunnah

It is the clash of ideas between the West and the East. I read a book by Carmen bin Ladin, is that all foolishness too? She married Yeslam bin Ladin and spent 8 yrs in Saudi Arabia and was glad to get out of there because she missed her western freedoms. Her experience was in the late 70s and 80s but I don't think a lot has changed since then. In Saudi Arabia every woman needs permission for medical decisions by a man. Woman is totally dependent on man for everything she has no choice
