  • there is no secret in losing weight... all you have to do is reduce your food intake thats all... you are what you eat.....

  • I have seen results and didn't follow anybody's work out solutions. I just made sure that I ate healthy that is it and exercised of course. Daily exercise is the key to losing the weight efficiently. I think that I have been 234 for a week on just eating the right foods and daily exercise. We are all different and will lose weight any all kinds of different ways so this is just one way of losing weight.

Balanced diet and exercise truly are the keys to losing weight. It worked for me and should work for most people as long as they get the proper guidance.

  • I had no idea that low calorie food can trigger the body in storing fat. I am very conscious in regards to daily calorie intake. But now that i have seen your video, i think i should concentrate more on the type of food i eat and not just on the amount of calories. Thanks for posting!

  • Hello kenneth ! This was rewarding in information. I did not know about sweetners contributing to gaining fat so i decided to stop consuming Coca Cola 0 (or at least reduce it by 90%). burning 10% in 30 days of the body weight sounds great on your site

  • This is pretty right. Yiu must choose the healthy types of food rather than calculating the calories from your junk food. So yeah, I agree.
