To make a summary: I can see more drug addicts in Köln than in Cluj. I can see more street gang people in Köln than in Cluj. I can leave my car over the night in the city centre without being in fear that is going to be stolen or vandalized in Cluj but not in Köln.
Stupid video full of stereotypes. I live in Cluj and I also spend quite a lot of time in Köln when I was a student. You can easily find a lot of poor people a lot of Turkish gang people, drug addicts and so in Köln and beautiful places in Cluj. Maybe the so called "artists" begging for money considered that if they show only misery and poor people in Cluj they get more money from the sympathetic suckers from Germany.
this video is not showing what is good and what bad, ore poor and rich. It is just a view of an artist, taking the first image and impression. Without thinking too much. And in the end we all are people and have just one time to live.
But still i`m thanking you a lot for you coment. It shows me that at least i can move a person to watch and think.
