Wow, havnt seen a Wickman that looks that good. The cross-slide chasing is what sets Wickman apart from Acme, Davenport, etc(and the other attachments). I almost had my hair tangled up in the driveshaft for the csoss-slide chasing once(400 rpm)-run CNC screw machines now.
does this job normally run so slow. you wont get any production.

cycle time is very slow but i am guessing this is to reveal the process without oil

Excellent machines, we use these for producing similar parts in our factory, there's normally a lot more oil involved though! Good video.
