you know, logically speaking, if you can kill at least 2-3 people one at a time, it's probably easier to kill multiple people at the same time, especially on a cliff. Some people could knock others down, they'd go down like dominoes, more or less.

It doesn't make sense. If they don't win the war with sher khan, then there is no more mitra vinda, there is no udayghad, there is nothing else. The king is thinking of a hypothetical situation where they have already won the war and then Bhairava will die in it. How can a King think like that? Is there no consulting with counsel of ministers? He is considering the opinion of a High Priest, which is not wrong, but a bit immature.
