There are those few crazy parents out there that will force their child to perform and be good at something without taking into consideration what the child is actually enjoying. However, teaching your child to practice and focus on a task is no crime. You just have to know when to let up and when to press. There is a fine line and the line is different with every person (child). Imo... Pressing piano keys is a hell of a lot better than pressing video game buttons.
