I secretly play on private patch 3.3.5a wow servers still.. oh crap now it's public.. But, Rune tap is a waste of talents, using death coil as a dump? that's a bit silly, Rune strike macro with Death strike and heart strike will be enough to take care of runic power, plus you want 20+ at all times for AMS. In half 277 tier and Heroic Bryntroll; improved blood presence is a must and Mark of Blood is a must if you intend on killing heroic LK. Longer disease time > D&D cooldown = better rotation.

You are not a blood tank. you are in frost. like Fierytwins said. You have frost strike. that is only available to frost. You are well informed on the blood spec but still you are in the wrong spec while explaining.

Pre-patch it was about what you were doing, blood had bad aoe threat but good survivability and frost had good aoe but less survivability, now it's all blood so yeah lol.

Hey. I been watching all of your videos. My account is down ATM (hacked). But i have a lvl 80 death knight,80 rogue and lvl 71 warrior. The warrior lvling ( mostly the lvling) is soo boring. And can u tell me how to get good gear. im struggling to get to 40 k health and all my gems are 30+ stamina.

I'm assuming this is aimed at being a MT, and a MT who takes a lot of damage or has pants healers.

In my opinion, taking 4 points for rune tap is rather a waste.. Unless you are willing to fit it in. 'Cause as your blood runes are so important to threat Rune tap in a full rotation is difficult. It's useful on some fights. I take it for BQL hc with the glyph to help out the healers on that last phase and LK. But I find by the time I've used Runetap/ waited for runes healers have topped me off.

2. I've gone in there on my Feral Tank with only 50k buffed. What is sad is that you think that you have to have 60k+ to be a good tank.

I don't understand why i find blood tanking so hard. Used to tanking on my warrior but i somehow find blood dk tanking ten times harder on multi target tanking. Its a shame i like the concept of dk tanks but with blood going to be the only tank tree come cata maybe its an idea for me to stick to warrior : p .... why i cant do it is beyond me but ahwell.

Aboms might is important but if a dk already has it in your raid, its not really that useful as a tank

@silverstonewebcam This is true. As with any build, it's semi dependent on what your group can bing as a whole. If you have another dk with Abom's might, or a marksmen hunter with trueshot aura, You can put the points into other talents.
