More than 20$ for less than 3min calls from 'O Hare to landline-Italy! They STOLE my money, and in no way they wrote anything about any hidden surcharges. They just tell you: "1$/min international calls"!
Wow, I hope that the FBI or whatever group can raid BBG, and plus, expensive prices for not so long calls? That is very ridiculous!, I mean, how can the fuck will a phone company do that? Why will BBG stop charging prices for credit card swipes, its starting to get really stupid and one day, the owner is going to get arrested for fraud.
$20 for a 1 min phone call from Jamaica to the US - outrageous - the worst part is they won't tell you their rates anywhere - just goes on your card a couple days later - no invoice or receipt. Big scam.
well, i was charged 100€ (more than 120 USD) for two NON-SUCCESFULL , LOCAL calls, in London. Telephone was named Faircall, i think, but in the bak, it says BBG (Notice, it only says BBG and no other info). this is just incredible, they must be making millions out of this.
To cut short, I was ripped $28 for making a 1 min call to India from Frankfurt International airport via BBG Luxembourg communications. I feel terrible that this company is charging such exorbitant rates to consumers. Is there anything I can do about it? (P.S: I swiped my CC for making the call)

They have to be stopped..... The connection fee of $20 PER CALL should be displayed on the phone booth, $20 PER CALL even if it doesn't connect.
$20 PER CALL plus their outrages minuet rate.
Would you make a call knowing it was going to cost you $20 connection fee even for a 25cent local call?
The Airports and Hotels receive 40% of the SCAM, they are the real guilty ones for allowing it to continue...
