  • Great exercises something I will try as part of my training routine

  • i love then lunge lunge squat - that looks a like a lot of fun - and hit almost the whole leg - get a calf and ham move in there and you would have a very complete leg exercise

  • WE can do that 4 ya! Make it a forward traveling L-L-S. EXPLODE forward out of the lunge and land a couple of feet forward in the next lunge and both your calves and hams will be firing even more.

  • I'll try, but i have horrible balance! Might screw this one up :-)

  • You could also just jump to the center standing position and then do the next lunge from there instead of going from lunge to lunge.

    You can also hold onto something. Like I could have held onto the cage in the background if I needed it.
