I would only consider calling it slavery when the kids are traded like the US did to the African Americans not long ago. But how's a child helping with house chore be slavery? My sister and I started preparing dinner when we were 5 and 7. Only my sister enjoyed cooking, cleaning and I hated doing them. But I wouldn't say my parents were slave masters. LOL

Do you call it slavery? NO besides a lot of the work they do kids with parents do also but no one is denying that restavek is not a good thing. OK
