@FourRooms idk if sims 3 but wht i did is open up the cheat bar thing and put in BoolProp testingCheatsEnabled true , then i held shift down then i clicked on the mailbox then i found an option that said make friends with everybody ( u will b friends w/ witches human vampires uhh cats dogs umm....o u will even b friends with the social bunny lol also firfighter guys )

@KarmasABiash Well yes but they usually have to be good witches to be pretty but witches can be pretty if u use the rite mesh if u can download the right hack they wont have to dress in those bad out fits or have green skin so if u download the rite hack they are basically a mean whitch in disguise of a pretty human you see.So yes,yes they can.

You gotta buy the sims 2 apartment life expansion pack. Here is a tip the sims 2 is better and way more fun than the sims 3 cause in sims 3 yea so its better detail who cares... sims 2 rocks!!!!

@OfficalAlex1 open the cheat box type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true then shift click on the mail box click make npc then go to the end and they have 2 types of witches click the one you want they wont usally move in once your sim has a good realashinship they will give you the book and cauldren then click teach me path of light or dark and there you go
