That makes NO sense, the man inside Delta is Johnny Topside. He found Rapture when he was diving for sunken ships in the area. Pay attention to the game. He arrived in Rapture even before Jack was born. Stanley made Ryan believe that he was a spy and then Johnny was sent to Persephone where he was changed into a Big Daddy.

Um it's not called Target Dummy it's called Decoy, and it has the best upgrade path

Level 1: Summon a Decoy to draw enemy fire.

Level 2: Decoy deals back enemy damage

Level 3: Enemy damge is reflected onto enemy and given to you as health.

Best Plasmid EVER sit back and watch your enemy's beat a shadow while they put themselves in a coma, and they pay for all your medical bills... with their life.

It isn't a dumb question. You can't upgrade them. You can hold the LT button (xbox 360) (it's the button to fire plasmids if you don't have a xbox 360) to charge your plasmid (only Incinerate!, Electro Bolt and Winter Blast), but it will drain ADAM. It will be much powerful then. I always charge my Incinerate!, set an enemy on fire, and then 1 grenade from my Grenade Launcher. The enemy will be dead then, even if I missed the grenade, because the blast with Incinerate will do a lot damage then.

this has a LOT of wrong statements in it. Eleanor is your former little sister, but is NOT of the Lamb family. Electrobolt upgrade path is partially wrong. Hypnotize is REALLY wrong, in addition to they havent announced past upgrade two. Taget Dummy is unconfirmed in Bioshock 2 you can pick up and throw winter blast 2 frozen splicers with ANY tk level. Winter blast is WRONG. Level 1 is right. Level 2- they NEVER thaw out. Lv. 3- they shoot shards of winter blast 1 when tk'd and shattered.
