Well us Americans cant really compare it to phones that aren't available to us can we? On the other hand you cant and shouldn't compare the g1 to the iphone. Google made the software not the hardware, hundreds of android enabled phones will come from this not just one phone like the iphone.

Absotfucklinglotley agree with ya. Oohhh the iPhone is GOD? No other phone on the planet can match it's lack of MMS, shit camera, crap incompatible bluetooth etc etc. The iPhones interface is fantastic, but my SE G900 wipes the floor with it's specs! I think it's just cause it's an American show they think ONLY an American made and developed phone can match it, thankfully the rest of the world knows otherwise. But the again America is wwaaaayyyyy behind everyone else in mobile phone tech.

Er, price, available software, I can buy it and use it on ANY network without having to hack it, a great camera with flash, camera video calling, MMS, Bluetooth compatibility, upgradable memory, I can swap the battery, hardware key's. I don't need a fast processor cause the software is designed to work fast without one.
