@jazzmenloria01 i dont know then, this video explains everything and i covered all the possible ways to fix things, u have to click on SET to set it as a wallpaper, but if that doesnt work then i honestly dont know what else, because it works for me on both 4.2.1 and on 4.1 and also on my gf phone which is 4.0.1 so i dont know what else could cause this, unless u havent updated ur cydia stuff or have download alot of cracked stuff from cydia that might cause this, that maybe the case
