It seems everytime a large company wants to put out a user-friendly intuitive design, Apple cries foul. The whole industry stands on the shoulders of those who came before them. Steve Jobs needs to just go back to bed!
Apple will loss this one. Just like before. But anyways Xerox gave Apple the interface. In fact one Employer at Xerox said that Xerox gave it to Apple. As for Microsoft. That's all over the place. But Apple is on the wrong with this lawsuit mess.
