I'm a big fan of Google Apps. The Docs work fine these days (maybe update the video re this)... great for collaborative work. I'm particularly excited about the potential for Schools and Colleges.

call your hosting company and tell them you would like to transfer the domain name to some one else. And they will help you get started on the process.

Who's your audience? Individuals who are not familiar with "Microsoft Technology". So be careful when you throw acronyms at them.

Completely agree, TO an certain extent, I have found that the Technology Industry really underestimates the knowledge of the small business owner, You have to remember that most small business owners at one time or another use to work for a big company with a big IT budget, so the herd a lot of the terms and used a lot of the technology.

I've been using gmail for years now and my company moved to google apt six months ago now...I love it...calendar, chat...etc. I see a lot of potential...I am a graduate student at USC as well and USC just moved their webmail to google aps...That's pure success for google!!

this guy is awesome!!! i use google apps at work (we're a small business) and it's really helped our work flow get smoother. their calendar is a lifesaver!!! thanks google and thanks for the info viruswoman, i'll be looking forward to your upcoming clips!!!
