Thanks for the compliment. We're still not done with this feature but you may try adding Google friend connect. That works well with WebStarts. I made a video for it a while back.

i agree with treedude66. that would be really useful if i could make a social website with webstarts.

At this time you're not able to make your site into a fully functional social network. Good suggestion though. We'll take that into consideration over here at WebStarts.
