I can't seem to beat my 3mile no stop mark! the bad thing about walking on all 4's is it's just horrible on your wrists, so it's something you really have to work up to over time NEVER drill long distance cat walk or handstand walk more than 1 day a week. otherwise you will damage your wrists.

My dad also said something nice which was it is possibly better to have set a goal just out of reach to push my endurance rather than to complete it and maybe feel i could have done more.
