Fold in a half, make one cut to the middle on one side, and on the other side two cuts to the middle. Then, you'll have two P-forms, facing each other. Hold the stripe between them, and rotate those P-forms: one clock-wise, another — counter clock-wise. Done!

Fold paper in half. Cut one side in half, stopping at the fold. Make 2 parallel cuts on the other side, stopping at the fold. cut the flap between those 2 cuts in half. Flip one half of the paper over, and raise the flap. voila!

You cut it into an "s" shape, meaning one cut from one side "left" and the other flipped over "right". Next, you fold up one side up and turn it over to the opposit side. There you have, this might be hard to understand but i coulndt find any other way to explain, sorry .

lol i used to pull this off when i was in primary school. It took me an hour to figure it out without lifting the paper back in the day. Here is the secret guys, get an a4 paper, (ooo reaalllyyy ) hold the paper like reading a letter off an a4. fold from the middle from up to bottom, like the first step of making a plane, then rip two parallel rips on one side of the folded side and rip one exactly between the two parallel rips but on the other side, then grab paper and twist! Walaa!!
