Select the object, in the Logic (F4) options apply as Actor > Dynamic > Rigid Body, then you can chouse the bound depending on your object mesh and what you need.
Game > Start Game (P) to test the dynamics and Record Game Physics if you need to export the result.

which one is blender and which is lightwave?
I've having a trouble of tutorial for blender. Couldnt find much. Most are begginers and are not good in making tutorial.

What you see is the final screen result in LightWave, after dynamics were applied in Blender and the animated scene imported back to LightWave.
To add dynamics option to an object in Blender is quite easy, not really needed to know Blender (as was for me in this test).
