Good stuff. My only criticism is handing the weapon back to the attacker after the technique. Police officers have been injured and killed after disarming an attacker, because they trained handing it back to him.
@nbednar yeah good point, it seems tho that they are just focusing on the defensive part of 'not getting stabbed' ( for training purposes its easier to break down a situation)... what you are referring to would be a serperate exercise or an all inclusive exercise, so for instance, the attacker would attack, and you must avoid the attack, disarm the weapon, while colapsing the persons structure and then finally restraining them for transport.
