I give him credit for coming back and accepting it/her but I think being rejected might not be too bad for a guy who got whatever he liked. Might end up better for him/learn from. In the end, he's not a bad guy while Jake's not perfect. Realistic. Just don't think her and Andrew would have lasted long if she didn't stop the wedding. She would be bored w/him, his mom walking all over them, etc

I like how Andrew handled that humiliating moment. He 'knew' what Mel was before he proposed. He just did it to spite his mom. If this was real life, the tabloids would call him 'noble', and he'd be the next The Bachelor, while his mom's ratings would go down because of her reaction. In the end, he got what he wanted, and learned what it feels like to come in second.
