@southwest2118 Nah to be honest you did like 30-70 on 2nd in like 4 seconds. I think it would take me like 8 seconds to do 30-70 in 2nd LOL. I'd like to see a serious take off recording on this though, like 0-45 on 1st and then from there to 70.
there are turbo kits available for a 7AFE engine. The only trouble about a 7AFE engine is that the internals are so weak that you have to keep the psi low. The only way you can get to use 15psi or if your lucky 20psi is to upgrade and forge as well as oversize internals so the engine doesn't explode. The other hard thing is sourcing the turbo manifold to fit the 7afe. Sadly you have to get them custom made.
Google helps, alot, plenty of over priced kits out there for the 7AFE and plenty of DIY turbo writeups, built a few turbo FE's in my day and have to say if you find a proper parts list it's an easy task to get them boosting at 10psi.
Stock boost's just fine, 10psi is pussy-footing, up to 14psi is possible, just won't last as long as 6-8psi, plenty of writeups for the DIY guy and alot of parts lists if you search youtube and write a few people asking about certian setups. If you are serious about boost, people will be glad to help.

yes, you are right, but you forgot that the crankshaft of the 7AFE is forged.
