Very true! I'm just ready to get Bush out of the office, This recession were going through has me in the dumps. I cant even afford to get sick around here. Who r u voting for?
Isn't it kinda of a joke to STILL be calling what's going on in Iraq a "War". It's a Fucking OCCUPATION! I mean who the hell are we staging combat missions against? Ali Baba?
Is she still running against Bush? Back at Princeton she was saying, "...while leaving behind a smaller contingent in safe areas with greater intelligence and quick-strike capabilities." Which failed policy is it, that you voted for every time? Which failed policy is it that requires a quick strike and against whom?
All three gave competent answers. I noticed Obama didn't say that we need to spend some of the 9-10 bln on mass transit, which is necessary considering we're %5 of the world pop and consume 25% of the world oil. More than 40% of the world pop lives in china/india and they roughly consume 12% of the world oil. Obama did use the word unsustainable referring to Iraq. It applies to our entire country which needs a revolution. I believe in creating radical change at the local level.
De-baathification was the purging of Ba'ath party members from Iraq's government and military shortly after the invasion, which is seen as a bad thing in retrospect. (It made for a bunch of jobless, angry former soldiers and officials.) What they mean to say when they talk about the goal is un-de-baathification.
If anyone in the world had the information and experience to see the truth about Iraq, it was Hillary Clinton. Don't you think someone who spent 8 years in the White House could predict what Iraq would become? Don't you think someone who had been on the Armed Services Committee would know our intelligence was flimsy?
She put her electability ahead of her integrity.
She put her personal advancement ahead of the lives of American soldiers.
But you see Realperson31, living, sleeping or dreaming in the White House for 8 years isn't the same as a presidential internship. I'm not happy about Iraq either, but really: just because someone spends time walking around a restaurant, that doesn't qualify them to be a Master Chef. She was a wife, not a Pres. or VP.
You got clips of guys showing their asses on your channel and your saying that Realperson31 has got too much time on his hands because he is concerned about his country and did some research on who's might be leading it. Your a fucking retard. great job Realperson31, Ronpaul 08.

Saudi monarchy been permitted to purchase an important equity position in some of America's leading banks? How can Hillary be objective when the very same monarchy donated $10 millions to the Clinton Library and Foundation?!
saudi arabia is one of the 4 countries remaining where women cannot vote. the other three will be changing that in the next few years (they say). but not saudi arabia. bushies friend. bah.
If Hillary is really for women's rights, then how could she stand by Bill while he sexually harassed women?! She did nothing about it. Instead she smeared the women. Then stood by him while lied on national TV to the American people. The Clintons have no honor, but too themselves!!

Saudi monarchy been permitted to purchase an important equity position in some of America's leading banks? How can Hillary be objective when the very same monarchy donated $10 millions to the Clinton Library and Foundation?!
The Saudis (Arabs) donated to the Clinton's Library and personal bank account. This was discovered by the New York Times when the information was inadvertently posted on the Library's Web site. Soon after the story appeared, it was taken down. The Clintons refuse to reveal the donors to the Library or the related Foundation. Hillary and Bill have also refused to release their income tax returns, despite the fact that Bill willingly released his when he was running for president.
It is for exactly this kind of situation that the Clintons should be required to divulge the extent of their involvement with foreign interests and exactly how much money their personal bank accounts and their Library/Foundation have received.
Hillary lied about how her mother named her after Sir. Edmund Hillary. She says mother told her because he reached Mt. Everest summit. We know that's a lie. Hillary was born on 1947 and Sir Edmund Hilary didn't each Mt. Everest summit until 1953. If she can lie about something as stupid as how she was named...just think what she's capable of. Scary!
What bothers me the most about Hillary is; she says for women's rights, but she stood by Bill while he sexually harassed women. She did nothing about it. Instead she smeared the women, and she backed Bill while lied on national TV to the American people. The Clintons have no honor, but too themselves!
did bill sexually harass women? i thought he was just a womanizer, but i thought the women were always "willing"... monica sure was! ;) and he gave her a book of poems... a little different than a pubic hair on a coke can... lol
During Bill Clinton's impeachment trial, Juanita Broadderick testified against Clinton. Her account of her rape was so powerful that it convinced 40 wavering Republicans & Democrats, who otherwise favored censure, to vote to impeach Clinton.
Eileen Wellstone: a 19-year-old English woman who said Clinton sexually assaulted her after she met him at a pub near Oxford where the future President was a student in 1969. It was this rape that caused Clinton to be quietly expelled from Oxford and the loss of his Fulbright Scholarship.
Christy Zercher: an airline flight attendant on Mr. Clinton's 1992 campaign plane, who said Mr. Clinton exposed himself and grabbed her breasts and made explicit remarks about oral sex. A video shot on board the plane by ABC News shows an obviously inebriated Clinton with his hand between another young flight attendant's legs. Zercher said later in an interview that White House attorney Bruce Lindsey tried to pressure her into not going public about the assault.
Carolyn Moffet: a legal secretary in Little Rock in 1979, she said: she met then-governor Clinton at a political fundraiser & shortly thereafter received an invitation to meet the governor in his hotel room. "I was escorted there by a state trooper. When I went in, he wearing only an undershirt. He pointed at his penis and told me to suck it. I told him I didn't for my boyfriend & he got mad, grabbed my head & shoved it into his lap. I pulled away from him and ran out of the room."
my goodness, realperson, who ARE you? and where do you get all this? i am in awe. although... i must say that bill clinton is SUCH an easy target for those kinds of accusations that it is hard (at least for me) to tell which women are telling the truth, and which were bought by kenneth star to get clinton impeached... not that i think most women who claim rape are lying, definitely not.
During Bill Clinton's impeachment trial, Juanita Broadderick testified against Clinton. Her account of her rape was so powerful that it convinced 40 wavering Republicans & Democrats, who otherwise favored censure, to vote to impeach Clinton.
but clinton was a special circumstance in terms of his vulnerability in that area because of his affairs... sort of like michael jackson... he is weird and sleeps with kids in his bed, and *i* dont personally know if he molested any of them, but he makes a DAMN good target for moms who want to sue him and get tons of money!
anyway, if bill told his wife that these women were lying to contribute to his political demise, and hillary could see why they would (and its always possible), and she chose to believe him, instead of the media, etc... then she isnt disrespecting women's rights... at least not knowingly.
i know that... but to use my michael jackson example again... his people paid off that woman who claimed he raped her son so that she would shut up and stop making problems, and then it turned out she had been lying and faking her son's cancer. just because someone's people pay someone off doesnt mean they are necessarily guilty.
i dont think anyone can know what REALLY happened - except the people who were there. or any hidden cameras that might have been in the room... all the rest is speculation without proof.
Another indication Hillary lack the leadership to inspire others; most of Bill Clinton's top staff members refuse to work her. They have chosen to work for Obama instead. That's not a good sign.
Another indication Hillary lack the leadership to inspire others; most of Bill Clinton's top staff members refuse to work her. They have chosen to work for Obama instead. That's not a good sign.
Hillary says; she's against the war and she will not fund the war. However, her voting record says otherwise. She voted "YES" to the war and she voted 10 TIMES to fund the war. She says one thing, and does another. That is not change. That is the same old politics.
John Edwards has really come alive in this debate! He made some key points about Barak Obama and he seems more confident in his approach! Maybe the south carolina blood started to flow this night!
Hillary being working universal healthcare for 16 years and still it hasn't been passed. She couldn't get it pass even when Bill was in office. What makes her think, she can get it done within 4 years when she couldn't do it in 16 years. This tells me, she lacks the ability to inspire others and she is not a closer. We need a President that is a closer and have the ability to inspire others towards the same common cause.
Hillary wants to mandate (or force) everyone to pay for health care. The thinking is that will drive the price down. What incentive is there for insurance companies to lower the price is everyone is force to buy it?
exactly, i don't think it's a good idea either. in fact, the reason people were so resistant to her healthcare the first time around was because of that mandate. Insurance companies aren't the best idea for some people. Obama may not be right on all things, but he's the best democrat for health care there is.
Unlike Hillary, Obama would have kids going to college stay on their parent's health care until the age of 25. Hillary would have kids after they turn age 18 (in college or not) buy their own. Their parents would still likely have to continue to pay for a family plan, but insurance companies would benefit with another paying customer at age 18.
The problem with Obama, is that his arguments about health care resemble republican arguments about social security that have been going on for 70 years. One has to go beyond the words and consider how these things actually go.
Obama is correct; do your research properly. There is presently more hatred towards the US than ever before. And don't be quick to believe what your government tells you because they don't always speak the truth; 911 inclusive.
umm... it kind of is about that. Why do you think AQ exists? if you upset someone enough, they eventually will side with the enemy. AQ the group is not as strong as they were before because it's harder for them to communicate. But the anti-american ideals that helped form AQ in the first place are gaining more ground. So no, we're not seeing the results right now, but we will definitely in a decade or so.
First of all AQ are Wahabis and no Shia will join them. They exist in the fringes of the Paki-Afghan border. Most muslims have already rejected AQ and so have the Sunni insurgents. AQ lost so many commanders they cant replace them anymore. They're desperate in Iraq and in hiding elsewhere. Anger from muslims no longer leads them to join AQ - its a radical very conservative terrorist group. Get real pls
AQ is not concentrated in Pakistan. AQ is more a internet based community. If you are a pissed about the stupid Iraq war, idealistic, getting from old men the wrong ideas young guy from Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Egypt, Gaza, Usbekistan.... you can decide for yourself to be a AQ fighter, get the plan to build a bomb on the internet and blow yourself off. Because this f. policy of republicans they have more arguments on their site today.
which goes back to my point. I agree with you. AQ is losing. However... I was only responding to your comment about it not being about who is more pissed or not. Anti-american thoughts are spreading. That is the real threat. Not so much AQ. If they're not with us, they are the enemy, right? I didn't mean they would "join" AQ, I just meant the resentment is growing.
Oh and besides, AQ is not your typical organization. You can be a member right now, or better yet, one of their "top leaders!" You just have to proclaim yourself as one and you get that title.
watch watch, I can show you the wochenschau and you would say oh moving pictures that s true. Why don´t you just say you hate moslems and mexicans and everybody who doesn´t look like you and that s why you ´vote for Bush guys like Thompson and vote for the next blood for oil war and stop publishing bullshit.
you know, AQ wasnt really a significant presence in secular iraq BEFORE the us invasion. but its sure true that AQ is in iraq... NOW! hello, cause and effect? *smacks forehead*
Why arent there more views on this? Is anyone even paying attention to the most important election in a long time?
