I've never liked this 4-4-2 with a diamond in the middle, but the way that you show it looks very effective against a 4-3-3 (although sweeper-stopper works for that matter as well). I only see two mistakes, one giant and one small. First the big one, bring the outside midfielders back!! Otherwise your screwed against any formation. The smaller thing is to make sure that your forwards dont stay flat. Other than that great job!

Your defense is too low when you defending near the lowest h-line and mid doesn't cover the 3/4's opponent, the rest goes well IMHO

and I forgot: your central defs should always be on the same line ;) now they sometimes differ a bit, which makes you vulnerable to fast strikers if the opponent plays with high strikers ;)
