yeah, my psp is not costum firmware, and my memory is 2gb sony, made in japan, gold in color, the game is not corrupted, it said update it first, but i dont know how to do it. its only 1.50 .

THESE might be some of the reasons:

1. the game is corrupted

2.your psp is not costum firmware

3.your memory card is not working well (usually cheap china made ones are like this)

4.somethings wrong with your psp

hey, I have 5.00m33-4 firmware and I put my back-up on and it says "The game could not be started.

1. custom firmware isnt instslled properly.

2. u press 'select ' n u see if the 'iso mode' is 'm33-driver'

3. or the game is coruppted.

4. make back up of ur memory stick, use psp grader v 008

and insatall it

den put ur files back.

psp grader v 008 dnt rely do anything.

5.mybe ur version's different n u need to update

oh yeh 1st tell me wat game it is.

1st. make sure u hav, custom firmware (e.g. x.xx. m3x- example 4.00 m33).

2nd. in the root of your memory stick, make sure theres a folde rcslled 'ISO'.

3rd. make sure the games not corrupted.

4th. make sure on the VSH menu (press select on cutom firmware and it shows up) that, i think it's called ISO mode, make sure that's on 'm33 driver'.

5th. your games will show up on the 'game section' then 'memory stick'.

custom fimwareis different,instead it will say, 'version firmware 5.02 m32-33'

the 'm32-33' indicates that it is custom firmware, search in youtube how to make cutom firmware and it'l show you,

for those who aready know howto, ill provide a owload link for the program that makes the magic memory stick.
