  • Apple!!

  • The mac looks like it'd cost more than his house

  • why are kids doing reviews?

  • you can zoom in on windows 8:38

  • soooooooooooooooooooo repetitive omfg.

  • Lol it's Os 10 but im not complaining nice vid subbed

  • Very helpful review. I'm getting a 28' soon and it really helps to know all of this stuff. Thanks!

  • Is garageband included when you buy an Imac?

  • @walrussengang Every Apple computer comes with garageband, finder, iphoto, imovie eta ;)

  • im looking into buying one .but how often do ya change the batterys in key/mouse?

  • Thats what i have

  • iv had a history with windows but im not sure to buy a mac for one the prices just scare me and 2 i hear they are not good for gaming if any could tell me either too stick with my windows based CPU or buy a mac.(i want a CPU good for gaming.)

  • @darkstar6547 macs can be used just as easily for gaming as a pc. All macs are capable of running mac osx, and also windows. All you need is a full version of windows 7 and you run boot camp to automatically install windows. In other words, any game that can be run on a windows pc can also be run on a mac.

  • just ordered a refurbished one for 999 from apple!

  • @DubuqueRS

thought about doing that but a brand new one is 1200....so for 200 bucks...lol

  • @kevinmarmet well, it was in brand new condition total worth saving 200 bucks

  • @DubuqueRS

No im not hating lol. I guess i just have the 200 to spend but its refurbed by Apple so its basically new. so yeah you got a good deal...

  • @SybowLikesXbox of course

  • FYI its "OS X (Ten)" not "OS X (X)"

  • i have got the bed too! :-)

  • I'm working for one of those babies.

  • i have a 27in is there a different or there the same

  • Not to be a nit picker but the 21.5in at least the one you have isn't capable of holding 16gb of ram.

  • @ACDC185 lol

  • Me to wich one should i get bro

    Since windows is so anyoing

  • 'm planning to buy an iMac but I'm doubting between 21.5 and 27''version which version should I choose? ( im 12 years old so i dont like to go to expensive )

  • @thesiemen12 Sorry if I'm generalizing, but if you're 12 y/o it can't be too intensive what you're doing. If you'll just be doing music, web browsing, and Word for school, you could easily do a MacBook Air, or a Mac Mini w/ a cheap display if it has to be a desktop. If you really need iMac power (gaming, video editing, etc.), then the base 500GB core i5 would work perfect, and you could upgrade RAM if you're noticing a ton of lag. With any Mac, it's more efficient so you can work with less.

  • @thesiemen12 basically, the Air is $1000, and the iMac is $1,200. Buying only what you need can save a decent $200 for a backup drive, which is essential if losing files would inconvenience you.

  • wow i wisk i could have one of those but my parents think its way to expensive

  • @MikoAkau So buy it yourself. Work for your own money and save up.

  • @bt97gml how can i save up enough money for a imac 2011, i'm 12.

  • Six hundred and Seven fifty? #KMN

  • Thanks for nice information ,i just buy myself an imac 21,5 after looking at your rekomend...and i just start unboxing now :) thanks

  • ur a fat little kid and ur iMac well old and fix ur face

  • @MrAka433 Very constructive and intelligent comment. You must be very proud of your intellect and upstanding traits.

  • Kid, the thing here is, the iMac has to release the heat from the top. If you want to increase it's cooler speed, you download a certain software that'll increase the fan speed, which will cool your computer hopefully instantly.

  • im a movie maker and i am getting an imac hopefully this friday i have currently been using a pc for my video editing and its great my ownly problem is im affraid if i have say gaming, music, web browsing and plus all my movie editng stuff that kina over loads a pc. i am not that big of a gamer but i do enjoy music and would get into gaming if i wer no affraid of over loading my pc, would the imac hold all my videos, editing software, gaming, pics, music etc. and still preform well?

  • "not gonna have some big ugly tower" ever see a mac pro kid? freaking beautiful tower

  • good video

  • Excellent!!! Video.

  • I have this computer and I love it!!!!

  • Please answer this question :)!

How does it performe as far as gaming on Steam (The Mac version):

I would be very thankfull if somebody would reply :)

    (im form DK-Bad english)

  • i am going to buy this exact imac, do you think it will be good to edit videos on final cut pro x? thats the only heavy duty thing im going to do with it!

  • @SybowLikesXbox Yes it does. It works great for me!

  • its a computer its supposed to get hot

  • Should I get iMac 27 i5 or i7?

It's for web browsing, video editing and gaming.

  • @HU55UN1 You will want the i7. Especially because you will be editing and gaming.

  • @TeenagedIpodDude Ok, thnx for that. Also should I buy RAM seperate to upgrade because apple charge waaay too much, nearly triple the price if u buy seperately.

  • @HU55UN1 Id go with buying it separately. But I'm not sure how to install it so you would have to look into that.

  • @TeenagedIpodDude Yh, it's easy to install them, does it matter wethere I get crucial, corsair or any other company?

  • @TeenagedIpodDude Should I get the Solid State Drive or not? I usually use it for XCode, iMovie, Garageband, Internet, Microsoft Offfice and school stuff. Is it really worth a extra $600 just for the SSD?

  • @TeenagedIpodDude put INTEL XEON not i7 :P

  • @HU55UN1 Apple marks up RAM about 400%, definitely buy separately. Theres a small screw-on panel between the speakers on the bottom. You have to lay the machine on its face, screw that open, pull out the existing RAM tabs (if you're pulling out the original pair) and snap in the new set. Always remember, RAM goes in matched pairs.

  • @TeenagedIpodDude What if I don't need Gaming? Only video editing, animating (autodesk, flash or something), all the other usual crap, all that a filmaker does and photo editing. can it be i5?

  • @TeenagedIpodDude I have the one you've got and it's still great for gaming. Will it ruin it in the long run? I don't know much about iMac's, even though I have one lol.

  • I know what you mean with " desk activities" ;D jkjk

  • Im getting one in 7 days, omg cant wait (:

  • @TheHazzaaHD sweet, you'll love t!i

  • @TeenagedIpodDude Im hoping for 27inch one but i think my dad will get me the 21.5 2.7ghz one (: But still that will be good i suppose.

  • @TeenagedIpodDude Im getting one tomorrow xD

  • im buying an imac instead of a macbook pro for the same reason you are bro.

  • nice video i need 1 haha
