it could be staged but ibis is pretty nasty against a bs if enough of them and they can each cary one drone so the dps is there when fighting in pvp.

i could be a scenario where a friend just came with a cheap rokh but it is still possible to do.

Rookie shops are the ships you automatically start with and receive a free one everytime you enter a station with a pod (like an escape pod)

They are very weak and only good for tutorials really. Most ships can take them out in one shot.

@jakeurevig I still today see an OK amount of ships fitted with smartbombs. Sometimes battleships, but it's uncommon. Some us smartbombs for certain missions requiring destroying small ships where gun tracking is obsolete to the frigs.

@Deathilger You never fly what you cant afford to lose, and you insure all of your ships regardless of what their purpose is if they are above a cruiser.

The Rokh is about 140millmax for the hull, and about 250mill with fittings and rigs incorporated, now with a platinum insurance payoff you get a fair bit of the expenditure back, and the rest should be wet stuff off a ducks spine to a player who has invested the time to fly the ship properly.

And it is a Game, and its still a load of pixels.

As stated before, 10 of those bastards with navy ammo and drones...that'll tear through basically any mission type tanked ship, excluding perhaps a t3 or command.

We would invite a wartarget into the fleet. When they landed at the safe we would gank them. We had a neutral around so if they DID use a smartbomb.even if we died, so would he.
