also if someone is tailgating you and you need to stop, brake gradually and do not tailgate if there is a car in front of you. the 'bunching' scenario can be very dangerous

Driving with flip flops @1:30 is not an great idea, not sure if there are any laws against it but my driving school taught us not to do it.
