well, it's not that diffult - but it depends on your level&of course on how many different colours or what phrasing you want to make - then it can get really difficult!anyway - i don't get your point!?you can always learn technical things with pieces maybe considered to be easy.sometimes it is much more difficult to play well a simple melody than a really virtuos passage.and how do you know she worked 'hard' on it?maybe she can play such a piece at prima vista&she's got the technique anyway...

This piece really, is not hard and I just don't see why this flutist should work as hard as she did in fingers and embrouchure.
