As a Vet in the VFW, I think a GI BIll that pprovides a free ride is not right. I worked at a bank supply center in the day time where I could leave and return from class and worked in a liquor store/party shop at night on top of doing the one weekend a month drilling for extra money. I got the VEAP of $225 each month. I still had to get Pell Grants and student loans.

As far as McCain. We did our job of getting rid of Saddam; now is time for the Iraqis to do what they must for THEIR country.
