i prefer creating a duplicate layer.. selecting surface blur..

and then erasing all parts exept the skin...

also erasing the eyes and and facial features to make them stand out.

Unfortunately you stopped me from expecting to learn something when watching at the beginning, because you blurred up into her bathing suit line on the left side and didn't correct it(try using layers so stuff like that can be corrected with masks while learning). I don't think it's a BAD edit but the curve is too strong and is enhancing the wrong tones for such a subtle end result. I'd recommend trying to edit a imperfect high res image instead of something someone's previous edit. Good luck
