WHY SHOULD YOU CARE ABOUT WHAT'S ON YOUR FOOD?

I agree with going organic, but, 1 time I was in the grocery store buying blueberries. price was about $3.99. Then I turned & saw the "organic" ones. I wanted them instead. Price was $6.99. for the same size, or less. I went over to get them & when I picked it up to get it... I wondered-- How do I "Really Know", this IS organic?? Just because it says so?? I wasnt sure Sis. I still try to buy & eat "Organic".... but I'm not sure or convinced, that it's .... what it claims to be!

Hey Sis, thanx for commenting.I know how you feel, because i felt the same way. organic does cost more but i spend money on my hair, shoes, clothes, entertainment etc so i want to nuture my body as well. I can pay a little extra for organic and have faith that it is organic. In order to say your product is organic the product has to be tested. We know the other produce is laced with chemicals and pesticides. It's all about research and finding a middle ground somewhere. LOVE!
