@Coizoetal Its my mic. every since I switched to Win7 I havn't been able to boost it. I could switch to using my camera as a mic but then you get an anoying screech in the background :-(
Instead of doing /tar chi You can just press tab until you target the chicken

got the same problem as Coizoetal, very low sound :( can bearly hear you when everything is on max.
Have you tried to google the mic problem ?:)
I tried to google and found a few interesting threads :)
