I love you, you're my favorite guru. It upsets me that you haven't done any makeup tutorials lately, makeup wise. They're all diet videos or prosthetics. I still watch them because I love you ;) but I miss the old ones.
I find it better to call it a healthy lifestyle change, rather than a diet. Diets are temporary. Healthy eating should be a lifestyle change. That doesn't mean you can't have the things you love. It's a matter of moderation.

And I totally disagree with the idea of "prising yourself" - this leads to eating disorders as you start treating food emotionally.
The key points were very helpful... Straight to the point and little steps geared towards helping me lose the weight and feeling good about myself... Which the taking little steps at a time have helped me becoming overwhelmed!!! Thanx again...

I loved the whole keypoint idea, when creating my diet for this challenge I made five realistic changes I can see as well because if I try to do so much @ one time and not being realistic about it just like all attempts in the past this will fail. But with that said I am working on limiting my soda intake so wish me luck and I will be checking for a new blog post =)
Dried fruit contains alot more sugar than fresh fruit and sugar and other refined carbs are what u wanna cut down on. Eat wholegrain pasta and bread instead and try to fill at least half ur plate with veg with every meal. So easy and doable :)

I disagree with replacing, moderation is key rather than cutting completely if you're on a general calorie deficit diet. If you're on a strict diet like paleo or keto then yes replacing is what you need.
Just remember fruits have a ton of sugar so they are not always ideal!
The best thing I ever did was cut out carbs completely - no bread, pasta, flour, cakes, sugar, fruits. I am SO much happier with my lifestyle now.
Sometimes also just having half the amount you usually have of a treat can help, so you are having less but not feeling denied. So half your normal portion of chocolate, or sugar in tea for example can help you get used to having less as a habit.
Eating baked apples (or peaches) in cinnamon and nutmeg is a great snack. And adding some dry oatmeal and cinnamon creates a yummy dessert thats low in calories.
I was recently snacking on dried fruit until I found it was actually high in sugars!! I also noticed some fresh juices are also high in sugar. I used to just buy these things thinking they were good for you till i took time to read the labels!!!!!
@akela221 dried fruits and juices are high in sugars but they are ok in moderation. Instead of drinking an entire litre of juice in the day...have a glass and then go to water and teas...and with dried fruit always read the packet...it will inform you of the sugars and energy contained within and adjust your intake according to it.....everything in moderation....fresh fruit and vegetables are the very best bet and nuts are great in moderation too....and your 2 litters of water :)
Being "healthy" is a diet. The word diet itself has been misused so much that when you hear diet people imagine restricting crazy fast weightloss. Whereas diet is is just a way of eating. It can be to lose , gain or maintain-3
Hi! All the advices posted in this video, are so true, even doctors will say the same things. We have to start to care more about our health, wright? I have a little advice: an apple a day keeps the doctor away, so beautiful girls eat apples, they are healthy, have lots of fibers, vitamins and will help you to have a balanced diet.

Great video...
