i bought exactly the same unit. ground flr, facing the garden. turnover is just now, may 2011. but i am dissapointed with ayala & alveo.
1. my unit is premium, and yet they placed all the mailboxes of two towers across my door- incensitive people i think. not thinking of my privacy, security and most of all repect; 2. they were constructing this footbridge across my terrace. and they fenced the site so close to my terrace that made me looked like inside a can.

Taguig ano pa? if u r familiar w/ guadalupe, start from der and u will not miss it. if u intend to invest sa atin, do not go anywhere else. that is the place where u should put ur money. its growing really fast, i cant believe it myself. Good Luck!
