Neil Peart has won the poll for 'Best rock drummer' in 'Modern Drummer' magazine in 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 2006 and 2008.

@singring76 I agree with Rush being the best (check out my covers), but give credit where credit is due. We are on a Yes video, and they influenced Rush very much, whether you will admit or not. Steve Howe is a virtuoso on guitar and Rick Wakeman is a keyboard wizard. Throw in Jon Andersons' vocals and lyrics and Chris Squires' pounding bass and you got a band that is nothing short of unique.
