Ah, yes. Sonic adventure. I still own a fully working Dreamcat from 13 years ago and the original, Working copy of Sonic Advebture, as well as Sonic Adventure 2!!! Marvel if you like, or join me if you have the preclamed items, to mock all those that do not, or had to settle for DX and battle.

Sonic Adventure was hands down (Except for bigs) the greatest 3D sonic game every comprised.

The Dreamcast is from the PS2, Xbox and Gamecube generation. It's 128 bit and came after the Saturn which was out with the N64 & PS1.

Well, it's hard to say which era the Dreamcast was from. It was ahead of the N64 and PS1 from a technical aspect, was released after the Saturn, and is listed under the PS2/GC/XBOX generation on Wikipedia. Then again, the Dreamcast was discontinued by the PS2/GC/XBOX generation. Personally, I will reach a compromise and say that the Dreamcast is a little bit from both generations. It was kind of its own generation anyway.

Dreamcast is the generation of translation of ps1 to ps2. is in the middle. because it was released before de ps2 but later then the ps1 (sorry about my bad englsish,i am portuguese =))

Dreamcast is not in the generation of the N64. That's the Saturn. It's in the PS2 generation.

I don't know why people make a big deal of it. It was mostly in the N64 and PS1 generation, Dreamcast was released in 1998, N64 was released in 97, PS2 was released in 2000-01, Gamecube and xbox were both released in 02. It shared Mulitplatforms with PS1 and N64 like THPS2 and Rayman 2.

That's the only problem, I hated his levels, but I found the glitch that let me get into Emerald Coast as him, so I can play at least one speed level with Knuckles which was more fun than hunting.

The dreamcast didn't last as long. The PS2 is still in business, the gamecube and xbox were stopped kind of recently, and the dreamcast was out of business a while ago. They were still making games for the PS1 when the Dreamcast was around.

Dreamcast is in the generation of PS1 and N64, it was released in 1999, around the same time PS1 and N64 were. Then Xbox, Gamecube, and PS2 came after, around 2002.

Sorry, Geoff, but the Saturn was the same generation as the PS1 (both released in '94) and N64 ('96). Dreamcast was the first of the so-called "sixth generation" home consoles, and was released early in order to get a jump on the PS2. Wiki "History of video game consoles" to get a better view.

N64 was released 97, and PS1 was released 96. Dreamcast was released 98 in jpn, and 99 in US, PS2 was mid 00 for jpn, late 00 for US, xbox and gamecube were around 03. The dreamcast ended in 03, it's kind of in both generations, but more to PS1 and N64.

Yeah, Dreamcast rules, the original Dreamcast versions of Sonic Adventure 1+2 are better than the Gamecube remakes IMO. But yeah, I forgot all about chao, they took them out in Sonic Heroes and up.
