  • Yes sah!!!...he is a battle axe...GLORY!!!!!!!!!

  • C'mon chuch! this that wooden-floor-stomp song! Sang!

  • O yes, I have to do this one day maybe at a youth convention lol

  • my mom loves dis song!

  • Bump all of this suger coated manufactured pop gospel, this is the real deal. Power came from songs like this. An this is coming from an 18 year old.

  • @MultiDenise36

The Bible says god hates child sacrifice forbiding us to learn how the heathen serve their gods by burning children.Deu12:30-31.God forbids murder. Gen9,Ex20. God does not tempt with evil.James1.

A voice tells Abram to kill and burn his son as a jealousy test.Abram should have stated to voice"I will not disobey god.He has forbidden this wickedness.Go back to hell and to your father the devil. "Better to obey than sacrifice."1Sam15:22.

    Christianity is a wicked cult.

  • LOL! That's funnii! I remember not knowing the words to this song either.

  • THIS IS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT, REAL ANOINTING, GOD GIVEN, ALL GLORY TO GOD!!!!!!!

  • @CONNIE66ful

God is a battle ax unless he goes against chariotes of iron. God could not defeat his enemy as they had chariots of iron and too strong. Judges 1:19

  • @thedagonjones No one and nothing is more powerful than God. True, Judah couldn't drive out the inhabitants, but if God wanted the inhabitants of the valley to be driven out by Judah, trust they would've been driven out..iron chariots or not!!

  • @ellsgirl

Stop twisting the words which equates to lies. He could NOT because they had chariots of iron. It did not say he did not want to. Paul tells woman to keep their pie holes shut. Why are you questioning a man of God? It is a shame for you to speak and Paul says it is a command of god. 1Cor14. I advise you to keep your pie hole shut or god will get you.

I wonder what you think about jesusneverexisted(dot)com

  • @thedagonjones you say He never existed now, but one day, this particular Scripture will come to your mind and you'll remember your comments:

"For this reason also, God highly exalted Him (Jesus Christ), and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus, EVERY knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that EVERY tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:9-11

    God bless u.

  • @thedagonjones Christ is real. I pray you know Him before He comes back. They'll be hell to pay if you don't.

  • This is church in the south!

  • I thought for a minute he was gonna let them crutches fly and cut-a-step...

  • THESE IS MY DEACON!!!

  • Thank God Almighty for being a Christian. As an ordained minister and, one sang in several choirs At Bethel Baptist Church, in Roxbury, Massachusetts, under Pastor Murray, truly I give the Lord the praise for my journey. It is nothing but JOY, enjoying good and sweet gospel songs, wherever they are sung. May God Almighty bless our gospel singers, the world over.

    Rev. Patrick Wager-Felix, M. Div.

  • it took me for ever to realize what they were saying in this song. i used to think they were saying "He's a battle-lack".....LOL!!! never knew what one was & never heard it mentioned anywhere except in this song. go figure...

i didnt figure this out until earlier this year...im 23. ha! lol

  • @twist3dh3at LOL!

  • U def not alone lol!

    @twist3dh3at

  • @twist3dh3at ha ha i thought i was the only one lol God Is GOOD lol

  • @twist3dh3at yeah me to lol

  • @twist3dh3at in the bible days they would battle with minture ax's which had a leather strap the went around your wrist like a watch. the strap held the the ax in your hand. so when they came upon the enemy they would fight with battle ax's. look in the bible.

I had to research it for myself. i have relocated to atlanta, Ga seems an old school spirit has come ove me. I sing old songs from the 50's 60's... these old school songs is what you need when u r going through.

  • amen. I'm going through something myself right now. That same "Old School Spirit" must have come over me too. These old songs are really ministering to my spirit. What a blessing!

  • @twist3dh3at I used to think they were saying "He's a bad leg"...which made sense with the crutches...lol

  • @MzShugr I uess it's safe to assume you didn't go to a church in the country in the Deep South.

  • @Akee1990 why would you assume that, instead of assuming that when this video came out I was a little kid and didn't know what a battle axe was, so bad leg made more sense to me.

  • @MzShugr I didn't take that part in consideration.Sorry.

  • @MzShugr you are soooooooo stupid..lololololololololol

  • @twist3dh3at

Jeremiah 51:20 "Thou art my Battle Axe, and weapon of war..." Actually the text was referring to Cyrus whom the Lord was going to use as His instrument of punishment on the nations...and not to the Lord being the Battle Axe..."

  • I miss these times..the times when we were really seeking after Jesus and sincere and wasn't trying to be cute in "church"!

  • He's a battle ax in the time of a batlle, Shelter in time of a storm. Sounds good.

  • I miss these old songs. Some today is being sung for the money and show. Those old saints knew what it meant to serve God. Where is this Church Going? Lord redeem your church God. Lord help us to sing, praise, worship and do all other things for your Glory. Lord you are God and God alone. You're worthy of all The Praise. Bless your name. The annionting makes the difference. The annointing destroys the yoke. As my grandmother use to say whatever you go For Jesus let be real. Sing Yall!!!!!!!
