@ghawell99 That's an industrial strength wood blower offer.. I'm joking. Actually it's a compressor hose nozzle. Hooked up to, probably, a pretty expensive compressor. If you don't have one, you can get canned air or use a shop vacuum or the cheapest, keep a stack of clean rags. There is something called a tack rag that you can use but be careful of what they treat them with. Some of them have wax and other components that will contaminate your finish. Follow up a tack rag with mineral spirits.

First.. New or old wood, never sand circular. Use a sanding block and go with the grain, unless you like little circle in your finished product. On new mahogany ply, a light dust with 320 then paste wood fill..
